When it comes to precision engineering and precision mechanics, our company combines numerous production steps under one roof: this considerable depth of production means that one and the same product goes through several stages of mechanical production at Mawatec. This helps us ensure short through-put times, efficient production and excellent quality control.
In addition to our core competencies such as CNC milling, CNC turning, CNC grinding, module assembly and welding (TIG welding, MAG welding, laser welding, plasma welding), we can carry out numerous other processes in-house. These include: polishing, vibratory grinding, honing (cross grinding), brazing, washing, sand blasting, wet blasting, forming, laser marking and color coding.
